CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a $25 cancellation fee. 

 

If your reservation is cancelled 13 DAYS OR LESS of arrival date, a camping credit (minus the cancellation fee) will be issued that is good for 1 year from the original arrival date. This credit can be used as a deposit for a future stay.

Please call to tell us if you have a credit when making a new reservation.

 

If cancelled 14 DAYS OR MORE before arrival date, a refund (minus the cancellation fee) will be given. It will be issued back to the card that was used to make the reservation and is usually complete within 3 days.

 

 SORRY, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR  SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS OR NO SHOWS, NOR WILL  A REFUND OR CREDIT BE GIVEN IF YOU LEAVE EARLY.
